Chef/owner Beth Harley is a UVA graduate who trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona and interned at the Inn at Little Washington. Her focus is now on creating healthy, delicious, sustainable food choices.

Eight ounces of a blended juice costs $4.50; smoothies cost around $6. Add a scoop of granola, protein powder, chia seed or turmeric to any smoothie for a little extra dough.
